1. Digital Product Purchases
Our platform offers digital services such as AI reports, breed recommendations, wellness tools, and downloadable content. Once a digital product (like a ₹99 PDF report) is purchased and delivered, it is considered non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund only if you did not receive the product/service after successful payment.
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with results or interpretation of insights.
- Duplicate charges or accidental payments will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
3. How to Request a Refund
